What Payment Methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal for all US orders. Paypal is an online payment service, and there is no need to become a member to pay through this service.
Is there Sales Tax?
There is a 7% sales tax for items purchased and shipped to New Jersey
What do we have in stock?
Most of our products are in stock and are ready for immediate shipping. Many of our special order products are made when the order is placed, this will be indicated in the item's description.
Return Policies:
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of your receipt. The item(s) you return must be unused in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange only.
Used items, special made items & personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. When we ship the exchange item to you, you will need to pay for the shipping cost. Pack and seal items securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please get insurance.
Please note that seasonal items are final.
If we ship the incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the expense of returning the item to us. There will be no charge to you for the cost of shipping the replacement item. All holiday items are NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE for credit. If you purchase gently worn clothing or shoes, these are also non refundable. But I give many pictures for you to determine the condition of the items. I'm sure you will be happy with them.
Shipping Information:
We ship orders Monday through Saturday using the United States Postal Service, Delivery Confirmation First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail. Anything weighing over 3 pounds gets shipped UPS ground.
We ship within 48 hours, unless it is a custom order which would be otherwise indicated for in the item description. If you need something shipped overnight please let us know and we will quote you a shipping rate.
Embroidered, personalized or engraved items may take up to 7 business days before they ship.
We also offer local pickup if you live near the Monroe Township, Middlesex County New Jersey area. Please let us know in advance if you are interested in this option, so that you will not be billed for shipping cost.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight of your total order amount. Combined shipping is available.
We only ship to Paypal confirmed addresses. If you address shows as unconfirmed, payment will be denied.
Please note that if making multiple purchases, some items may get shipped in separate package, so you will receive more than one delivery confirmation number.
